in far West Texas. El Paso is also the closest major city by ground or air to numerous other courthouse
locations in the region, including Eddy, Lea, and Chaves Counties in New Mexico, and Reeves, Pecos, Jeff Davis and
Loving Counties in the Trans-Pecos of West Texas (see map). Frequent flights from El Paso International Airport
put Albuquerque, Lubbock, Midland and Odessa only an hour away in most cases. Austin and Dallas-Fort Worth
are both less than two-hours flying time from El Paso via multiple daily flights on various airlines.
